Thinking… about the long list of to-dos we have. Thank you cards, phone calls and reports for prefield; home maintenance and finishing Austin’s nursery; memory keeping tasks
Enjoying… a moment of sort of quiet as Chris has taken Susanna on a little errand. Today we also enjoyed a peaceful morning in church and afternoon naps.
Feeling… Grateful. Always, always trying to foster more thankfulness in my life. I am so blessed.
Wearing… a maternity/nursing tee shirt with embroidered flowers, and maternity pants that don’t really fit anymore. I am ready to be done with the in-between stage so I can start building my new wardrobe. When I got pregnant and was putting away the pre-baby clothes, I got rid of nearly everything because so much of it fell into this category: I bought this at Value Village in 2005. So I have been determining My Style and keeping an eye on sales.
Needing… some discipline when it comes to completing my BSF lessons in a timely manner. Already my brain is a little on the slow side from lack of sleep. I don’t need to compound that by trying to do a week’s worth of study in one late evening.
More photos and a real introduction to come. Only a month late…
Listening… to Matt Maher’s “Lord I Need You” as often as possible. Every hour indeed.
Making… gluten-free banana chocolate chip bread with some leftover bananas. Anyone else’s family go through two or three bunches of bananas every week?
Eating… a bowl of granola every night. Current favorite? Country pumpkin spice from Trader Joe’s. But I’ll eat anything of the oat variety these days.
Drinking… Trader Joe’s Harvest Blend Herbal Tea.
See what the box says? How can I resist?
